Corporate Insider Trade Alerts Now Available

After careful testing, troubleshooting, and improving our user interface, we are finally making the corporate insider trading feature available to all Pro Plan users.

How it works

Insider Trades Alert will be sent every morning and noon before the market opens and the middle of the day (US Eastern timezone). Public company owners and corporate insiders are required to be publish Insider Trades within 2 business days and every day up to 100+ trading records are published. After careful consideration, we decided to send a maximum of 2 insider trade alerts daily to prevent flooding users' inboxes, and make email alerts more efficient.

Why Insider Trades?

We are always striving to bring you more insight and value, and bring more transparency to securities trading. Insider trading is another big topic besides congressional trading, which is why we decided to add this new feature. As legendary investor Peter Lynch once said, "insiders might sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they buy them for only one: they think the price will rise."

While this is a big addition to our product, we want to make this feature available to you at no extra cost as part of our Pro Plan to provide you with more insight and value.
